In this regard, we take the issues of compliance and the nurturing of acceptable corporate culture seriously and have instituted periodic training of personnel to equip them on these subjects so they become informed brand ambassadors of Springfield.

In our company, everyone has a clear appreciation of what constitutes bribe, corruption, conflict of interest, ethical and unethical behavior.

Through these scheduled series of training for our staff and contractors, we are able to ensure smooth delivery on all assignments and commitments to partners, investors and regulators within the energy industry generally.
